CHICKEN CASSEROLE RECIPE!!!



*ingredients :

°4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
°1 cup of chicken broth
°2 garlic cloves 2 onion wedges
°4 cups of seasoned stuffing mix
°1 butter cube (1/2 cup)
°1 can of cream of chicken soup
°1 pint sour cream
°8 ounces of frozen broccoli florets. thaw

*Directions :

Place the chicken breasts, broth, garlic, and onion in a skillet and bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer until no longer pink -- about 15-20 minutes.

Remove chicken, mince with a fork, and set aside. Reserve the broth. Melt the butter and pour over the filling mixture in a bowl, beating with a fork until combined.

Spread half of the filling/butter mixture into a large casserole or 9" x 13" glass skillet. Mix soup, sour cream, and reserved broth with a wire whisk.

Place the shredded chicken over the layer of the filling mixture. If you are using broccoli, spread it over the chicken. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken, then top the chicken with the remaining stuffing mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
