Roasted Garlic Mushroom




*Ingredients:


°16 equal-sized open mushrooms, stems cut to level

°3 tsp olive or coconut oil

°1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

°3 cloves garlic, very finely chopped

°2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

°1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

°salt & freshly ground black pepper 

°1/4 c fresh breadcrumbs


* Methods:


Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F/200C/thermostat 6. Lightly sauté mushrooms, cap side down, in hot oil for 20 seconds.

Step 2: Arrange the mushrooms in a shallow roasting pan with the legs facing up.


Step 3: Combine butter, garlic, thyme, lemon juice and seasoning. Placing little garlic butter on mushroom, then lightly press breadcrumbs on top. Refrigerate for later use or bake immediately in the oven for 10 minutes.
