 Butter Pecan Snowball Cookies


*Ingredients


°1 cup softened butter


° half a cup of powdered sugar


°1/4 teaspoon of salt


°1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract


°2 1/4 cup of flour


°1 c finely chopped pecans


   °1c powdered sugar



*Directions


Prepare the oven and preheat it to one hundred and seventy-five degrees C or 350 degrees F.


Add powdered sugar and butter to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until creamy.



Add flour, pecans, vanilla and salt. Beat until well blended. Form small balls with the mixture.


Line  baking sheet with paper. Arrange the balls on organized baking sheets. Make sure to walk away from every ball. Place them in the preheated oven and bake for about eleven minutes or until cooked through.


Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely to room temperature. Add the powdered sugar to a mixing bowl.


Add the cookies in batches, then toss until well coated. Serve & Enjoy!
