Jalapeño Honey Butter
*Ingredients & methods .
Bring water to a boil, add 1 stick butter, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 cup milk (or 1/2 cup half and a half) mix & adding corn carefully. I added 2 sliced jalapeños. The flavor was delicious & not too spicy. Do not skip honey, it does not make it sweet, it brings out the sweetness of corn.
